Property
At some point, probably around 1754, Gotthilf Just Fabritius took over the grounds of the Christiansholm estate north of Copenhagen, where he built the "summer house" for himself in 1754. He also established a cotton manufacture on the Christianholm grounds, possibly in partnership with Iselin, Reinhard, who also had a cotton printing manufacture in this are (Gentofte Lokalarkiv and BioLekIII). He also owned the Sølyst estate
