Born in St. Thomas 1718. Son of Gerrit (Geurt) Sprevert de Wint and Anna Maria (Brenners) de Wint.

1745 July: Married to Elisabeth Robinson on St. Thomas on July 29 1745 when she joined the reformed Dutch church.
1766 May 6: Appointed Royal Commisioner to the Dansih King with a salary of 600 rigsdaler.
1770: Came to New York and joined the reformed Durch church
1773: Petitioned the pronvincial congress of New York.
He died btween 9 June 1782 (when one of his slaves had a child batized on St. Thomas) and 6 August 1783, when his widow married Capt. Jacob Henrdrik Schmaltz (born in Denmark).
