Established in 1796 by Duntzfelt, Christian Wilhelm after the dissolution of the House of Duntzfelt, Meyer & Co. (Werner 1927, p. 34)

Second in command in the company was Chevalier, Francois le. (Werner 1927, p. 54)

1807, October - The company ship CRONPRINSESSE MARIA arrived in Batavia with a supercargo Rasch. The DAC ship NORGE was also present, and due to their inability to spend the silver they had brought, it was given as a loan to Rasch against a 16% interest for five months of loan.
