See also the list of properties under House of Bügel & Co.. in the 1790s, he purchased country estate Bonne Esperance north of Copenhagen near Charlottenlund. In addition, Bügel also bought the so-called Knuthske hotel at Frederiksholms Kanal (today's number 16) which had a large garden towards the back of the property. Lastly, he purchased Ringsted kloster (the convent in Ringsted) in 1809 at the sum of 330,000 Rd (BioLek II)
