Signed the document describing all the goods purchased for personal consumption and resale by the entire crew of the Ostindisk Kompagni CHRISTIANUS QUINTUS in 1699 (DNA: Ostindisk Kompagni, Afdelingen i København, series 444/443: 1681-1839 Diverse dokumenter, box 206B).

David Crop was assistent in the service of Ostindisk Kompagni in Tranquebar. He applied 3 January 1695 to det sekrete råd in Tranquebar for permission to marry Falckenberg, Maria, but the application was rejected, since her forthcoming marriage to korporal Olsen, Peder had already been announced in the church 3 times (Larsen Ostindiske Personalia)
