1737 - Arrived in Copenhagen and built a ropewalk at Holmen. (Bech 1981:152)

1747 - Built a Kridtpipefabrik in Copenhagen in partnership with the British Burton, Salomon. They sold it in 1752. (Klem: Skibsbygning I:157)

Later built a sail manufactory and a sugar refinery. (Bech 1981:152)

1762: Listed as the Rebslager used by the Admiralty in the dispute with Iselin over a shipment of hemp from Riga to be used in rope, in which the quality, strength and length (quantity) (Lit. x, 7 february 1764, the document was put forward to the commission in charge of the dispute: Admiraliteten, Kommissionsprotokol, series 518, box no. 38).

His shipping company was responsible for 40 expeditions to the West Indies.
