Founded in 1619 for trade in northen Siberia. (Sune Dalgård: Det Petsoriske Kompagni af 1619)

1619 - 1200 rigsdaler invested in the new Petsorisk Kompagni with the intention of trade in northern Russia. The investors were king Christian IV who was responsible for half of the invested capital along with Vibe, Mikkel;Willem, Johan de; Post, Johan; Hegerfeldt, Herman; Blanckefort, Boldewin; Mikkelsen, Jacob and likely Lorck, Thomas.
