Born 1734-9-14 in Maynbernheim in Bavaria, died 1802-2-3 in Copenhagen, buried in Frederiks Tyske Kirke. (BioLek II)

Daughter: Zinn, Sophie Dorothea (1774-1851), the alleged author of "Grandmamas bekendelser", married to Thalbitzer, Henry.

Timeline 1757 - Came to Denmark on the initiative of Wever, Johann Friederich, hired by the House of Fabritius & Wever. (BioLek II)

1770 - Listed as an (ordinary) menber of the Kongelige Danske Landhuusholdnings Selskab (Kiøbenhavns Kongelige Alene Priviligerede Adresse-Contoirs Efterretninger, 1st May 1770, no. 65)

1771 - Married Preisler, Johanna Charlotta Sophia (1754-1833). (BioLek II)

1772-1802 - Member of De 32 mænd. (BioLek II)

1771 - Bought 8 shares á 100 rigsdaler in a new free harbour project in Copenhage. (Schovelin 1900, 2, p. 106)

1772 - Listed as subscribent, i.e. contributor, to a reprint of Ludvig Holberg’s comic epos Peder Paars, where he is listed as "grosserer in Copenhagen" (Holberg, Peder Paars, 1772)

1779 - Appointed Kgl. Agent. (BioLek II)

1784-1790 - Director of Asiatisk Kompagni. (BioLek II)

1799 - Helped during the trade crisis along with Duntzfelt, Christian Wilhelm and Meyer, David Amsel. (BioLek II)
